Non-Surgical Options in Dubai
The Priapus Shot (P-Shot). An all-natural enhancement procedure using growth factors extracted from the patient’s own blood, injected into the penis under local anaesthesia to stimulate growth and rejuvenate erectile tissue, producing a harder, bigger, fuller erection. A series of injections over 3-4 months achieves satisfactory results. Advanced Surgical Penoplasty

- Lengthening: An incision above the base of the shaft partially releases the penile suspensory ligament, using a modified advanced technique to prevent postoperative shortening, achieving 1-2 inches (2.5-5cm) of external lengthening. Men with a prominent pubic fat pad may see additional visible length via liposuction of that area, affecting flaccid length only (erection angle may sit slightly lower).
- Girth increase: Fat is harvested by liposuction from the stomach or thighs and re-injected along the shaft via cannula, without any incision. Typical girth increase is around 1 inch (2.5cm); injection volume per session is carefully limited to minimise the risk of fat re-absorption or nodule formation.
Length and girth procedures are usually combined for the most natural-looking outcome. Erection, sensation, and urinary function all remain normal afterward.
